The rules for using the MinpakuPlus platform

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MinpakuPlus platform operated by ソラナリンク株式会社 (SolanaLink Inc.). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
This document is a draft prepared for the platform and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publication.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, booking a stay or service, or otherwise using MinpakuPlus, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
Bookings and Payments
A booking is a request that becomes confirmed once payment is authorized and availability is verified. Prices are shown in your selected currency and processed through our payment providers. You agree to pay all applicable charges, taxes, and fees for bookings made under your account.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the property or service and the rate booked, and are shown before you confirm. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Some bookings may be non-refundable as disclosed at the time of booking.
Regulatory Compliance
MinpakuPlus operates under Japanese law. Micro-apartment stays are offered under the 住宅宿泊事業法 (Minpaku Act), which limits operation to 180 nights per year; houses and villas operate under the 旅館業法 (Ryokan Act). Bookings may be limited or adjusted to remain within these caps. Airport transfers are provided only by licensed green-plate operators, and real estate referrals involve licensed professionals (宅地建物取引士).
Guest Conduct and House Rules
You agree to comply with each property's house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and local regulations, and to treat properties, hosts, neighbors, and staff with respect. You are responsible for damage caused during your stay.
Local Services and Coupons
Coupons, travel packages, transfers, and other local services may be provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms, availability, and validity periods. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent third-party providers.
AI Concierge Disclaimer
The AI concierge provides automated, informational assistance and may produce inaccurate or incomplete responses. It is not professional, legal, financial, or immigration advice. Verify important information independently before relying on it.
Intellectual Property
The platform, including its content, design, trademarks, and software, is owned by ソラナリンク株式会社 (SolanaLink Inc.) or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or third-party services booked through it.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the location of our head office, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
